Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of our quality management system.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a quality management system that ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project construction personnel to prepare and update inspection and test plans.
- Perform regular inspections and testing activities.
- Monitor third-party testing in cooperation with competent construction personnel.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to issue work method statements.
- Inform the project director of any nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure materials control systems, including submission for approval, receipt, storage, preservation, traceability, and recording, are performed in accordance with the project quality plan/system.
- Participate in training project personnel on quality issues.
- Perform quality audits at regular intervals to assess the implementation of the project quality plan/system.
- Prepare monthly reports on project quality performance status and relevant issues.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or electromechanical engineering.
- Three years of working experience as a quality engineer in the construction sector.
- Desirable: experience working on sophisticated construction projects.
- Excellent command of the English language (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
