Η **Optimal HR Group** για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, ηγέτιδα εταιρεία στο χώρο της χρηματοπιστωτικής και δανειακής διαχείρισης, αναζητεί **Financial Advisors**.
Ο συγκεκριμένος ρόλος περιλαμβάνει την παροχή εξειδικευμένων λύσεων και βοήθειας σε πελάτες, μέσα από τη διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίου μη εξυπηρετούμενων οφειλών.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με πελάτες και παροχή εξειδικευμένων λύσεων βάσει των αναγκών τους
- Στοχευμένη αναγνώριση δυνατότητας αποπληρωμής μη εξυπηρετούμενων δανείων και σύναψη βιώσιμων ρυθμίσεων αποπληρωμής
- Διατήρηση αρχείου και καταγραφή στοιχείων σε ηλεκτρονική βάση διαχείρισης πελατών
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους στη διαχείριση απαιτήσεων και ληξιπρόθεσμων τραπεζικών οφειλών
- Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και των προγραμμάτων του Office (Word & Excel) ή συστημάτων CRM.
- Ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμός
- Προσήλωση στο στόχο
- Καλός χειρισμός της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ικανότητα απόδοσης υπό συνθήκες πίεσης
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
