Η **Optimal** εκ μέρους εταιρείας πελάτη της, μιας δυναμικής και συνεχώς αναπτυσσόμενης εταιρείας στο χώρο της **Διαχείρισης Αποβλήτων και Παραγωγής Εναλλακτικών Καυσίμων**, αναζητά **Accounting Manager**, με έδρα την Αθήνα.
Ως Accounting Manager, θα είναι υπεύθυνη/ος για λειτουργίες που σχετίζονται με την οικονομική διαχείριση, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της παρακολούθησης και ανάλυσης των λογιστικών γεγονότων και δεδομένων.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Διαχείριση του λογιστικού κυκλώματος της εταιρείας (τιμολόγηση, πληρωμές, είσπραξη, γενική λογιστική και φορολογία)
- Ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση της λογιστικής ομάδας, με κουλτούρα συνεχούς βελτίωσης και επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης
- Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για τον συντονισμό των λογιστικών και φορολογικών με τους ευρύτερους επιχειρησιακούς στόχους
- Εκπόνηση βασικών αναφορών για την οικονομική διεύθυνση
- Προετοιμασία και ανάλυση οικονομικών καταστάσεων σύμφωνα με τα τρέχοντα λογιστικά πρότυπα
- Εξασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τοπικές, εθνικές και διεθνείς λογιστικές και φορολογικές νομοθεσίες
- Συνεργασία με ελεγκτικά όργανα κατά την διαδικασία του ετήσιου ελέγχου και τη διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις που προβλέπονται
- Βελτιστοποίηση λογιστικών διαδικασιών και εσωτερικών ελέγχων
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης ή Λογιστικής
- Εμπειρία 5 ετών ως Υπεύθυνος Λογιστηρίου με διαχείριση ομάδας
- Κάτοχος υπογραφής λογιστή Α' Τάξης
- Επαγγελματική Πιστοποίηση λ.χ. ACCA, ACA, ΙΕΣΟΕΛ θα συνεκτιμηθεί
- Γνώσεις ΕΛΠ και Φορολογικής Νομοθεσίας, Εργατικών και μισθοδοσίας
- Γνώσεις σε προγράμματα ERP & μισθοδοσίας
- Άριστη χρήση MS-Office
- Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Προσήλωση στην ποιότητα και στην συνεχή βελτίωση
- Ικανότητα έγκαιρου εντοπισμού και αναγνώρισης προβλημάτων
