Εφόσον επιλεγείς, θα προσληφθείς από τρίτη εταιρεία συνεργαζόμενη με την Παπαστράτος.
**Περιγραφή Θέσης Εργασίας**:
- Διασφάλιση του σωστού τρόπου λειτουργίας του καταστήματος και της τήρησης διαδικασιών/πολιτικών της εταιρείας
- Εκπαίδευση, αξιολόγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας, στοχεύοντας στο ανώτερο επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης σε κάθε επισκέπτη και την άρτια συνεργασία εντός του καταστήματος
- Παρακολούθηση της πορείας του καταστήματος και επίτευξη μηνιαίων στόχων
- Άριστη γνώση του προϊόντος και των ενεργειών
- Συνεχής ενημέρωση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας
- Δημιουργία αναφορών (reporting)
**Προφίλ Υποψηφίου**:
- Απόφοιτοι ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
- Εμπειρία στον τομέα του Retail και προϋπηρεσία σε ρόλους διαχείρισης ομάδας
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
- Οργανωτικές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
- Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών, αυτοπαρακίνηση, υπευθυνότητα
- Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής εργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον, διαχείριση μελών της ομάδας και παροχή καθοδήγησης
