Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Εξυπηρέτηση και διαχείριση συνεργαζόμενων NON IATA γραφείων ταξιδίων
Εξυπηρέτηση και διαχείριση εταιρικών πελατών και διαχείριση και διεκπεραίωση ομαδικών ταξιδιών
Κράτηση και έκδοση αεροπορικών και ακτοπλοϊκών εισιτηρίων για τα τμήματα της εταιρίας
Άριστη επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τις αεροπορικές και ακτοπλοϊκές εταιρίες και εφαρμογή της πολιτικής της εταιρίας
Καλή γνώση της αγοράς και των προορισμών σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Εξαιρετική γνώση στα συστήματα GDS SABRE ή / και AMADEUS.
Γνώση των εφαρμογών - πλατφόρμες groups των αεροπορικών εταιρειών
Καλή γνώση συστήματος ακτοπλοϊκών εισιτηρίων ForthCRS / CERTUS
Προϋπόθεση η άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Επιθυμητή η γνώση μίας επιπλέον γλώσσας
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Γνώση συστήματος back office του Travel Force (Panasoft)
Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
Ευχάριστη & δυναμική προσωπικότητα
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
Δυνατότητα για ταξίδια σε εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό
