**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών με στόχο την άμεση επίλυση
- Δημιουργία αναφορών για συγκεκριμένους δείκτες απόδοσης (kpi's)
**Requirements**:
- Απόφοιτος/η τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (ΙΕΚ-ΤΕΙ-ΑΕΙ)
- Εμπειρία σε θέσεις εξυπηρέτησης εταιρικών και ιδιωτών πελατών
- Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης παραπόνων
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Ευγένεια και συνέπεια
