STORE MANAGER
**Ο ρόλος**:
Έχει την ευθύνη για την ομαλή και εύρυθμη λειτουργία του καταστήματος, μέσω της αποτελεσματικής υλοποίησης των εταιρικών στόχων καθώς και της αποτελεσματικής διοίκησης της ομάδας του καταστήματος. Μεριμνά για την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και την παροχή υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών και φροντίζει για την διεκπεραίωση και διατήρηση της οπτικής ανάδειξης των προϊόντων (visual merchandising).
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 4-5 χρόνια σε ανάλογη θέση στον τομέα της λιανικής, κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα της ένδυσης (ιδανικά σε luxury brand)
Προϋπηρεσία στο χώρο των πωλήσεων και αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ανάπτυξης πωλήσεων και επίτευξης στόχων
Πολύ καλή γνώση της εμπορικής ανάδειξης των προϊόντων (merchandising)
Ικανότητα διοίκησης και ανάπτυξης νέων συνεργατών
Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες και επιχειρηματικό προσανατολισμό
Πρωτοβουλία και αποτελεσματικότητα
Εξαιρετική ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων
Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας, ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης προβλημάτων
Πανεπιστημιακές σπουδές, ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ ή Κολλέγιο
Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (περιβάλλον MS Office και ERP)
