Merchant Support Agents (Υπεύθυνους για τη Λειτουργία συσκευών POS)
**Περιγραφή καθηκόντων**:
- Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων πελατών σχετικών με τα οικονομικά στοιχεία τους
- Προώθηση αιτημάτων στα αρμόδια τμήματα
- Κατανόηση των εξειδικευμένων αναγκών των εμπορικών συνεργατών και προώθηση βέλτιστων λύσεων ( Cross Selling)
- Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης ( επικοινωνιακά προβλήματα του τερματικού και οδηγίες για τη σύνδεση και χρήση του) και διαχείριση παραπόνων
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**:
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά επιπέδου Β2)
- Καλή χρήση Η/Υ
- Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες 24x7
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο επιθυμητή (όχι απαραίτητη)
- Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και προσέγγιση
- Άνεση στην επικοινωνία και άριστη χρήση του προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου
