**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών αναφορικά με θέματα των παραγγελιών τους
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Επικαιροποίηση στοιχείων στα ηλεκτρονικά συστήματα της εταιρείας
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο AEI/TEI/ΙΕΚ
- Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Άριστη χρήση χειρισμού Η/Υ
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
**Δεξιότητες**:
- Πελατοκεντρική και ευγενική προσέγγιση
- Εξοικείωση με νέες τεχνολογίες και gadgets
- Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
