**Ποιο είναι το προφίλ της θέσης**:
- Διοίκηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων
- Στήσιμο καταστήματος βιτρινών
- Ενεργή συμμετοχή στις πωλήσεις
- Έλεγχος για την ομαλή λειτουργία του καταστήματος
- Εξασφάλιση ποιοτικής εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών στα standards που απαιτούνται
- Οργάνωση των επιμέρους τμημάτων του καταστήματος (after sale,εγγυήσεις,πώληση, service)
- Ομαλή ένταξη και εκπαίδευση των νέων μελών της ομάδας πωλήσεων
- Έλεγχος αποδοτικότητας της ομάδας
- Παρακολούθηση των οικονομικών δεικτών του καταστήματος
- Παρουσίαση και εκπαίδευση στην πώληση των προϊόντων για εξασφάλιση πετυχημένης προώθησης
**Ποια είναι τα προσόντα που θέλουμε ιδανικά να έχεις**:
- Αποδεδειγμένα επιτυχημένο ιστορικό προϋπηρεσίας τουλάχιστον 2 - 4 έτη στο χώρο των καταστημάτων λιανικής σε θέση ευθύνης με ομάδα
- Βασικές γνώσεις στο κομμάτι μοτοσυκλετας
- Καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Αναλυτική σκέψη
- Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων
- Ανεπτυγμένες οργανωτικές ικανότητες με έμφαση στην ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών και διαφορετικών έργων
- Πελατοκεντρικη αντίληψη
- Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις
- Πανεπιστημιακές σπουδές (ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / Ιδιωτικό Κολλέγιο) κατά προτίμηση στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
- Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες και επιχειρηματικό προσανατολισμό
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χρήσης H/Y
