Nestled in the bay of Kalo Livadi, it features 88 sea-view rooms and suites, five private villas, two signature restaurants, a world-class spa and wellness centre, and experiences designed for every generation, from sunrise yoga to golden-hour gatherings overlooking the Aegean Sea.  If you’re ready to grow with a brand that values creativity, collaboration, and curiosity, join our pre-opening team and be part of building something extraordinary, together.    What you will do  Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s wellness facilities, including spa, fitness, and wellness programs, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.  Lead, train, and motivate the wellness team, including therapists, pool and spa attendants, gym and kids club team, maintaining high performance and luxury service standards.  Develop and implement wellness programs, treatments, and experiences tailored to the needs of the hotel’s clientele.  Monitor facility operations, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with brand policies and local regulations.  Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, and F&B to enhance wellness offerings and guest satisfaction.  Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.  Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.  Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics, and propose improvements to enhance guest experiences.  What you will bring  Minimum 3 years of experience managing wellness or spa operations within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.  Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.  Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.  In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, fitness, and guest service standards.  Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to create a luxurious and personalized experience for every guest.  Familiarity with wellness management software, inventory control, and safety protocols.  What we offer  Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package aligned with industry standards.  Career Experience: Opportunity to work with a newly established global hospitality brand.  Professional Growth: Ongoing training and development programs to support career advancement.      All applications will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and evaluated solely on professional qualifications and merit.
