Position Summary: The Front of House Porter/ Groom primarily will be responsible for to serve as the first point of contact to assist Aluma Hotels & Resorts guests. Also, in this role, one should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis to ensure great customer service and that company’s operations run smoothly.
