Η θέσηαπευθύνεται σε νέα στελέχη που θέλουν να εκπαιδευτούν, να αναπτυχθούν και νασυμβάλουν σε έργα υψηλού επιπέδου, αποκτώντας πολύτιμη εμπειρία δίπλα σεέμπειρα στελέχη.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συνεισφορά στη δημιουργία επιχειρηματικών πλάνων, παρουσιάσεων και reports.
  • Συνεργασία με ανώτεραστελέχη σε στρατηγικά projects ανάπτυξης
  • Υποστήριξη στο σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση ενεργειών marketing & business development.
  • Συμμετοχή σε έρευνες αγοράς, ανάλυση ανταγωνισμού και καταναλωτικών τάσεων.
  • Υποβοήθηση στη συλλογή και τμηματοποίηση (segmentation) κοινού-στόχου.
  • Χρήση εργαλείων AI για έρευνα, δημιουργία περιεχομένου και βασική ανάλυση δεδομένων.
  • Συγγραφή και επιμέλεια παρουσιάσεων σε ελληνικά και αγγλικά.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Marketing, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Ικανότητα έρευνας, σύνθεσης δεδομένων και παρουσίασης συμπερασμάτων.
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία AI και βασικές τεχνικές ανάλυσης δεδομένων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – με έμφαση στη δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές (Master) σε Marketing, Business Development, Στρατηγική ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Γνώσεις και εμπειρίες σε copywriting (δημιουργία περιεχομένου, storytelling, digital marketing).
  • Προϋπηρεσία ή πρακτική σε συμβουλευτική, marketing ή business development.
  • Κατανόηση βασικών οικονομικών/επιχειρηματικών δεικτών (KPIs).
