AUFGABEN
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen für neue und bestehende Mitarbeiter.
  • 1 to 1 Coachings
  • Unterstützung und Betreuung der Teilnehmer während der Schulungen.
  • Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien, die den Anforderungen des Unternehmens und der Kunden entsprechen.
  • Analyse und Bewertung der Effektivität der Schulungsprogramme durch Berichte und Feedback.
  • Identifizierung von Schulungsbedarfen und Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter.
  • Anpassung von Schulungsansätzen an neue Technologien und Marktanforderungen.
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei Veränderungsprozessen durch Coaching zur Weiterentwicklung von Fähigkeiten.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Schulungsziele mit den Unternehmenszielen abzustimmen.
DEIN PROFIL
  • Vertriebsgeschick und die Gabe dieses weiterzugeben.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Trainer im Call Center-Bereich.
  • Souveränes Auftreten vor Gruppen mit kreativen Präsentationsideen.
  • Methodisches Geschick zur Unterstützung der Wissensvermittlung.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und gutes Konfliktmanagement.
  • Empathie
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS-Office.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
