About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. The role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.

This position contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial operations and supports the month-end closing process.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice & Payment Processing

· Receive, review, and process vendor invoices with proper approval and coding.

· Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

· Manage recurring invoices (utilities, rent, subscriptions, etc.) and maintain organized records.

Month-End & Reporting

· Support month-end closing by preparing complete vendor activity review accruals and reconciliations.

· Reconcile the AP subledger with the general ledger.

· Connect & perform with vendors periodical reconciliation of accounts and balances.

Compliance & Audit

· Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations (e.g., VAT, withholding).

· Support internal and external audit requirements by providing documentation and reconciliations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience in Accounting & Finance roles is considered a strong plus.

· Strong communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

· Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
