Ρόλος

Αναζητούμε έναν Head of Technical Department, που θααναλάβει τη διαχείριση, ανάπτυξη και καθοδήγηση του τεχνικού μας τμήματος.Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα συνδυάζει τεχνική εξειδίκευση σε ηλεκτροπαραγωγή ζεύγη με ηγετικές ικανότητες, ώστε να διασφαλίζει την ποιότηταυπηρεσιών και να στηρίζει την περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός και καθορισμός στόχων για το τεχνικό τμήμα.
  • Συντονισμός και επίβλεψη ομάδας τεχνικών (after sales, support, field engineers).
  • Διασφάλιση ποιότητας υπηρεσιών, τήρηση KPIs και διαδικασιών.
  • Εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη τεχνικού προσωπικού.
  • Διαχείριση σύνθετων τεχνικών θεμάτων και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα πωλήσεων για τεχνική υποστήριξη σε έργα και διαγωνισμούς.
  • Παρακολούθηση τεχνολογικών εξελίξεων και εισαγωγή καινοτομιών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Προφίλ

  • Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού (ΑΕΙ).
  • Εμπειρία σε ηλεκτροπαραγωγά ζεύγη (diesel generators).
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τεχνικές εταιρείες ενέργειας ή βιομηχανίας.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά).
  • Ηγετικές ικανότητες, οργάνωση και λήψη αποφάσεων
