As the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to create an innovative menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and flavors while maintaining the high-quality aesthetics and service that Conrad is known for. You will manage kitchen team members, oversee food production and presentations, and collaborate with various departments to create unforgettable guest experiences across our culinary offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the culinary team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and the consistent execution of high-quality food and beverage offerings that align with the brand's luxury standards.
• Design and implement an innovative, seasonal menu that reflects diverse culinary influences, caters to a range of dietary preferences, and reinforces the hotel's upscale positioning.

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation, ensuring every dish is delivered with precision, creativity, and consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
• Manage kitchen inventory and procurement, control food and labor costs, and implement operational efficiencies to support overall financial goals.
• Partner with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and support signature events, culinary activations, and bespoke dining experiences.
• Actively engage with guests to solicit feedback, anticipate preferences, and deliver tailored culinary experiences that exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Culinary leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Formal education in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of advanced cooking techniques, with a strong foundation in food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong culinary vision and creative flair, with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative, guest-centric menu offerings.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in both Greek and English is required; proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
