For our Client a Modern style Mexican & South American fusion Restaurant & Bar located in Athens, Greece we are looking for Demi & Chef de parties to join the Team. 


The Menu is Fusion Mexican & South American cuisine located in a vibrant area by the Sea in Athens.

As a key member of the brigade, you will:

  • Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative kitchen.

  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, mise en place, and section control.

  • Contribute ideas during menu development and daily specials.

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.

Requirements

Positive, passionate cooks with:

  • 2–5 years of kitchen experience (restaurant, bistro, brasserie or casual dining)

  • Strong interest in Mediterranean, Mexican or Latin cuisine

  • A team-first mindset and willingness to learn

  • Energy, reliability, and a love for bold flavors and fresh ingredients
