Η εταιρεία μας ηγέτης στις πωλήσεις αθλητικών υποδημάτων, ενδυμάτων και εξοπλισμού στην αγορά των Βαλκανίων αναζητά Assistant Store Manager για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών για το κατάστημα μας Sport Vision στo Factory Outlet.

Οι υποψήφιοι με ισχυρές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας που μπορούν να κάνουν τους πελάτες να αισθάνονται ευπρόσδεκτοι στο κατάστημά μας θα ξεχωρίσουν. Θα βοηθήσετε στον προσδιορισμό των αναγκών των πελατών, θα παρουσιάσετε και θα απαντήσετε σε ερωτήσεις σχετικά με τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες μας και θα προτείνετε λύσεις.

Kύρια καθήκοντα:

  • Ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
  • Παρέχετε ακριβείς πληροφορίες (π.χ. χαρακτηριστικά προϊόντος, τιμολόγηση και υπηρεσίες μετά την πώληση)
  • Απαντήσεις στις ερωτήσεις των πελατών σχετικά με συγκεκριμένα προϊόντα/υπηρεσίες
  • Διεξάγετε συγκρίσεις τιμών και χαρακτηριστικών για να διευκολύνετε τις αγορές
  • Αναπλήρωση εμπορευμάτων
  • Συντονισμός με την ομάδα Πωλητών Λιανικής για την παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (ειδικά σε ώρες αιχμής)
  • Ενημέρωση των πελατών για εκπτώσεις και ειδικές προσφορές
  • Παρέχετε σχόλια πελατών στον Υπεύθυνο καταστήματος
  • Μένετε ενημερωμένοι με νέα προϊόντα/υπηρεσίες

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πάθος για τα sneakers και τη μόδα
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία ως Αντιπρόσωπος Λιανικής Πώλησης ή παρόμοιος ρόλος
  • Κατανόηση της διαδικασίας λιανικών πωλήσεων
  • Εξοικείωση με τις αρχές της συμπεριφοράς των καταναλωτών
  • Γνώση διαδικασιών αποθέματος
  • Βασικές μαθηματικές δεξιότητες
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, ικανές να δημιουργήσουν σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης
  • Δυνατότητα απόδοσης σε περιβάλλοντα με γρήγορους ρυθμούς
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
