Position summary
As Senior Brand Manager for NHSc, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our consumer care brands. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our consumers while ensuring alignment with Nestle Health Science overall business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and brand positioning to enhance brand equity and drive market share.

A day in the life...
- Translate & enhance the global strategy of our CC brands into a locally relevant strategy
- Drive Business key metrics, through managing efficient consumer understanding & overviews the execution of targeted communication strategy
- Ensure achievement of annual brands targets through managing the brand portfolio & budget allocation by optimizing sales and product mix
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans (ATL & BTL) across all channels, targeting pharmacies, HCPs, and consumers. Plan direct marketing actions and monitor results.
- Manage PFMEs and ensure cost/performance optimization
- Lead the launch process from inception to full deployment, ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive positioning. Ensure successful execution
- Bring valuable insights from an effective Market research and Market/Competition analysis
- Understand P&L lines and analyze them at Brand level
