About the role

We are looking for an IT Compliance Officer to help build and strengthen our bank's compliance framework. You'll work with regulatory compliance, policy maintenance, monitoring, reporting and supporting senior compliance stakeholders. The ideal profile is compliance-fluent, digitally savvy, and an agile professional dedicated to ensuring that our digital operations fully comply with evolving European regulatory frameworks. This role shall combine IT literacy with comprehensive regulatory expertise. Skilled at navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance landscapes, they act as a vital bridge between technology, regulatory and business functions to uphold integrity, mitigate risks, and enable sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in digital industries such as Fintech, Financial Services or Compliance-focused IT Software Providers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Law.
  • Knowledge of AMLR , Digital regulatory framework, EUDIW, eIDAS 2.0 Industry-specific regulations (eg PCI-DSS), PSR, PSD2, ISR.
  • Technical Skills like Data analytics for compliance monitoring, AI & Machine Learning in risk and compliance, Third-party risk management, Cloud security frameworks.
  • An agile, self-motivated, and globally minded mindset.
  • Change management literacy for digital transformation.
  • Problem-solving in regulatory grey zones.
  • Ethical judgment aligned with global operations.
  • Analytical thinking for interpreting complex regulations.
  • Effective communication across organizational levels.


Any of the below professional certifications will be considered as a plus:

ISO27001 Lead Manager or ISO 37301 Lead Compliance Manager

Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA)

Financial Crime certifications (e.g., ICA or ACAMS)

Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP)
