About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Group Compliance Projects Coordination team. In this role, you will work closely with key departments to ensure the Bank's adherence to institutional requirements and contribute to maintaining the highest regulatory standards across the Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor and support project deliverables and ensure effective implementation of institutional and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and categorize compliance risks.
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments and report actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage procurement requests and oversee contractual obligations between Group Compliance and external suppliers ensuring all processes align with internal requirements.
• Review procedures, to identify any deficiencies or areas for improvement and recommend necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Risk, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field will be considered an asset.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Banking or wider Financial Services industry, or Consulting, (Compliance, Risk management or related field).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team spirit and ability to learn, communicate and organize effectively.
• High attention to detail and able to take initiatives and with ability to manage multiple priorities.
