Αναζητούμε Compliance Officer για τις εγκαταστάσεις μας στη ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Σίνδου, στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Οι αρμοδιότητες της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν την παρακολούθηση και την υποβολή εκθέσεων σχετικά με τις δραστηριότητες κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης, τη συμμετοχή στη διενέργεια αξιολογήσεων κινδύνου, καθώς και την παροχή καθοδήγησης στο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό σχετικά με τις διαδικασίες κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης.

Η συγκεκριμένη θέση αναφέρεται στον Διευθυντή Κανονιστικής Συμμόρφωσης και στόχος είναι ο σχεδιασμός, η ανάπτυξη και η αξιολόγηση των διαδικασιών για την οργάνωση της εταιρίας στις επιχειρηματικές της δραστηριότητες.

Κύρια καθήκοντα

  • Μελέτη, ανάλυση, σχεδιασμός, αποτύπωση και σύνταξη νέων επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών
  • Σύνταξη αναλυτικών οδηγιών εργασίας, όπως προκύπτουν από τις ανάγκες λειτουργίας της επιχείρησης
  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή προγραμμάτων κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης
  • Αξιολόγηση προγραμμάτων κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης και προετοιμασία τακτικών εκθέσεων συμμόρφωσης
  • Διεξαγωγή τακτικών αξιολογήσεων κινδύνων για τον εντοπισμό πιθανών κινδύνων κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης
  • Συμβολή στην ανάπτυξη ολοκληρωμένων συστημάτων διαχείρισης ISO
  • Αξιολόγηση αποτελεσματικότητας διαδικασιών και αναθεώρησή τους
  • Συμμετοχή στην εκπαίδευση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της εταιρείας επί των πολιτικών και των διαδικασιών
  • Καθημερινή, συνεχής και άμεση υποστήριξη των εμπλεκόμενων μελών σε θέματα εφαρμογής των διαδικασιών & των πολιτικών της εταιρίας
  • Ανάλυση, αποτύπωση, εφαρμογή και διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τον γενικό κανονισμό προστασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων (GDPR)
  • Ενεργός συμμετοχή σε διατμηματικά projects

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Κάτοχος πτυχίου Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Θεωρητικής Κατεύθυνσης
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 2-3 έτη σε σχετική θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, τόσο στον γραπτό όσο και στον προφορικό λόγο
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομάδες
  • Ισχυρές ικανότητες παρουσίασης
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα, ευελιξία και εχεμύθεια
