Η Shop & Trade, με ιστορία που χρονολογείται από το 1994, εισάγει και διανέμει πληθώρα ενδυμάτων, υποδημάτων και αξεσουάρ, παρέχοντας στους πελάτες της μια ολοκληρωμένη και απρόσκοπτη εμπειρία. Η εταιρία με παρουσία στην Ελλάδα, την Κύπρο και τη Νοτιοανατολική Ευρώπη, διαθέτει εξελιγμένη πλατφόρμα ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου για τους πελάτες χονδρικής (B2B), καθώς και σχετικές πλατφόρμες για τους πελάτες λιανικής (B2C). Η δραστηριότητα της εταιρίας βασίζεται σε ένα ισχυρό δίκτυο με πάνω από 1.700 πελάτες χονδρικής και στην ισχυρή παρουσία της στο λιανικό εμπόριο, με 60 σημεία πώλησης, shops-in-shop, franchise και ιδιόκτητα καταστήματα.

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Η εταιρεία αναζητά έμπειρο δικηγόρο για τη θέση του Υπεύθυνου Νομικής Υπηρεσίας. Ο υποψήφιος θα έχει την ευθύνη για τον πλήρη χειρισμό όλων των νομικών θεμάτων της εταιρείας, παρέχοντας στρατηγική και επιχειρησιακή υποστήριξη. Η θέση απαιτεί άμεση ανάληψη ευθυνών και στενή συνεργασία με τη Διοίκηση της εταιρείας, καθώς και με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (λογιστές, τράπεζες, αρχές).

Καθήκοντα:


• Παροχή ολοκληρωμένης νομικής συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης σε εμπορικό, εταιρικό και κανονιστικό δίκαιο.


• Σύνταξη και διαπραγμάτευση συμβάσεων ΑΚ και εμπορικών συμβάσεων (διανομής, εμπορικής αντιπροσωπείας, marketing, τραπεζικές συμβάσεις, ασφαλιστικές, μισθώσεις κοκ).


• Corporate maintenance και συμβουλευτική σε θέματα εταιρικού δικαίου (ΑΜΚ, M&A, λοιπές εταιρικές πράξεις).


• Χειρισμός θεμάτων ανταγωνισμού, προστασίας καταναλωτή, αγορανομικά, πνευματικής & βιομηχανικής ιδιοκτησίας και κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης.


• Παρακολούθηση και εφαρμογή νέων ρυθμιστικών πλαισίων( ESG - GDPR compliance – Whistleblowing)


• Εκπροσώπηση σε διαπραγματεύσεις με τράπεζες, προμηθευτές και συνεργάτες.


• Δικαστηριακή εμπειρία: σύνταξη δικογράφων, συμμετοχή σε υποθέσεις εμπορικού/αστικού δικαίου, με έμφαση στη διαχείριση επισφαλειών.


• Υποστήριξη σε ζητήματα εργατικού δικαίου και σύνταξη/επικαιροποίηση HR policies.


• Σύνταξη και επικαιροποίηση εσωτερικών κανονισμών (compliance, εταιρική διακυβέρνηση).

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:


• Πτυχίο Νομικής και άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος Δικηγόρου στην Ελλάδα.


• Τουλάχιστον 7–10 έτη εμπειρίας σε εμπορικό/εταιρικό δίκαιο, εκ των οποίων σημαντικό μέρος σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον (in-house).


• Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε συμβάσεις, corporate maintenance και ρυθμιστική συμμόρφωση.


• Αριστη γνώση αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά).


• Ικανότητα εργασίας αυτόνομα και ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:


• Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε εμπορικό/εταιρικό δίκαιο.


• Εμπειρία από in-house περιβάλλον με ουσιαστική ενασχόληση με όλα τα παραπάνω θέματα.
