Responsibilities

Provide accurate, friendly, and solution-oriented customer support

Assist customers with questions related to products, services, or accounts

Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines

Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

German level B2+ or higher (spoken and written)

Basic English level for internal communication

No previous customer service experience required full training provided

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

EU passport or valid EU work permit

Willingness to work on-site in Athens or remotely from Greece
