Under this framework, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic
Senior Technology Project Management Professional
to become part of our dynamic Technology & Transformation team in our offices in
Athens
. In this role, you'll work with best practices and cutting-edge technologies to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world's largest organizations, you'll help COOs, CFOs, CIOs and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance, to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation.

Your role as a Senior Technology Project Management Professional will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding goals for clients and Deloitte, setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure as a Senior Technology Project Management Professional, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Lead project delivery throughout the full lifecycle, from initial business case formulas to final production rollout, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile);
• Collaborate with client to define project scope, aligning with customer specifications and business objectives;
• Estimate effort and budget, forecast resources, and allocate them optimally to meet project - specific requirements;
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and strong relationships;
• Coordinate and facilitate project teams, removing obstacles and ensuring smooth alignment with the project plan;
• Develop and monitor project plans, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and ensure efficient outcomes;
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to manage project risks proactively;
• Prepare detailed progress reports, using KPIs to provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders;
• Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly billing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and timely invoicing;
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations, engaging directly with clients on site when necessary to ensure project alignment and satisfaction;
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables and conduct post - project evaluations to identify lessons learned;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, enhancing relationships and exploring additional value delivery.

#WinningRequirements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other master's degree is advantageous;
• Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in Project Management, with a strong understanding of project delivery best practices, preferably in the Consulting industry and/or Banking sector;
• Certification/Accreditation in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince 2) are strong assets, reflecting expertise in project management frameworks;
• Experience in IT requirements analysis and management is highly desirable;
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps;
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM Software Development Processes is considered a plus;
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of project deliverables;
• Experience in PMO support, full Project Management lifecycle, and managing project dependencies is considered a plus;
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, work autonomously, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships across various organizational levels and cultural backgrounds;
• Technical fluency and the ability to engage in discussions about broad technology and business trends, tailored to customer and project - specific needs.
• Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates, where applicable.
