Playseas Group, a member of the Centric Holdings SA group, specializes in delivering entertainment to the maritime industry. With collaborations with leading cruise and ferry operators, our solutions are present on dozens of vessels worldwide. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented junior Business Analyst to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and process weekly and monthly financial reports

Review and manage invoicing, revenue breakdowns, and supporting documents

Communicate with suppliers and clients to clarify and confirm transactions

Liaise with our external accounting partner for financial coordination

Support and track invoicing workflows and ensure accurate delivery

Maintain and update financial records on Google Drive and internal databases

Prepare and present monthly reports to company management

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations) to ensure data accuracy and streamlined procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field

Excellent command of Excel and Word

Strong English skills (written and verbal)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple monthly tasks and meet deadlines

At least 1 year of experience in a finance or business analysis role is preferred
