Junior IT Business Analyst
for a
1-year contract
. As a Junior IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects by collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and assist in the implementation of IT solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work on an exciting
public sector project
, contributing to digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Collaboration may be established
either through an employment contract or a freelance agreement.

Description

In this position, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Junior IT Business Analyst include:

  • Assisting in requirements gathering sessions and documenting business requirements.
  • Analyzing, mapping, and documenting business processes and supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify their needs and expectations.
  • Supporting the development of functional specifications and user stories.
  • Participating in testing activities, including test case development and execution.
  • Creating user documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and supporting project management activities.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall success of projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related area
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques and basic project management concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while contributing to team objectives.
