Role Description

We are seeking a motivated
Junior Business Analyst
to join our team full-time and on site.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in the areas of business process analysis, digital transformation, and enterprise information management.

You will support requirement analysis, workflow design, and configuration activities for Papyros ECM modules. You will also gain exposure to modern AI-driven capabilities such as automated metadata extraction and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) search, collaborating with internal teams that develop these features.

As part of the project team, you will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and client stakeholders to contribute to well-structured, high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the gathering and understanding of business needs under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist in documenting requirements, process flows, user stories, and system behaviors
  • Contribute to the analysis and mapping of current business processes
  • Work with developers and project managers to ensure solutions align with business expectations
  • Participate in the configuration and testing of Papyros ECM modules
  • Help prepare documentation, meeting notes, and training material
  • Join client workshops and assist in capturing feedback
  • Support project planning, task tracking, and follow-up activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Intern, or junior functional role (experience in IT or digital transformation is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of business processes and interest in requirements gathering
  • Familiarity with databases or basic SQL concepts (advantage but not required)
  • Introductory understanding of APIs, REST concepts, or tools like Postman (optional but a plus)
  • Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Interest in Intelligent Information Management, AI/LLMs, or Low-Code/No-Code platforms
