About the Role

We're looking for a driven and analytical Junior Business & Data Analyst
to join our team in Athens. In this role, you'll support data analysis, financial planning, and reporting—while also managing digital and technology-related services across the business. If you're fluent in Power BI, passionate about data, and eager to contribute to both business insights and digital transformation, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive
    Power BI dashboards
    to visualize KPIs, financial performance, and operational data.
  • Provide
    financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and manage
    analytical models and tools
    to support business operations and strategic planning.
  • Oversee digital and technology-related tasks, including reporting tools, system enhancements, data automation, and dashboard improvements.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy and consistency
    across systems (spreadsheets, BI platforms, internal systems).
  • Conduct
    market research and analysis
    relevant to the shipping and maritime sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Shipping, Analytics, Economics
    , or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Power BI
    (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation).
  • Strong command of
    Excel
    and
    PowerPoint
    for data analysis and presenting insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective
    communication and problem-solving
    abilities.
  • 1+ years of experience in
    business, shipping, finance, or technology-focused analyst roles
