Reporting Line: Head of Leadership Development

Team management: 6 Learning Partners

Being part of a wider community of Learning Managers across the Group the job holder drives growth by delivering learning and leadership development solutions for all employees. I addition this role will ensure that training needs are met proactively so as the needs of tomorrow are addressed today.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnosing, analyzing needs and planning

  • Utilize external research and networks to understand key trends in leadership development and capability building.
  • Maintain close working relationships with BUs and Regional People and Culture Director to ensure business needs are addressed proactively
  • Work with People and Culture Managers and leaders in the business units on identifying leadership skills needs for both individual needs and broader needs of the whole Region
  • Plan, prioritize and budget with the relevant Line Managers & People and Culture function for leadership development activities and capability building in general

Learning program design

  • Contribute to the design of leadership development solutions reflecting current and future needs.
  • Apply the agreed delivery model for core programs for the business units, builds a pool of trainers including line managers, selects regional vendors.

Learning program delivery

  • Own the delivery of both Leadership Development Programs and programs building prioritized individual leadership skills;
  • Develop operational training plans and execute them.
  • Support Senior Leaders in Executive learning and development, assisting with executive and team coaching, mentoring, team effectiveness and performance boosters
  • Monitor & (accrue) the costs; Ensure that all learning activities captured for reporting.
  • Ensure deployment of Group learning initiatives in Region

Builds Training Capability in the organization

  • Strengthen the learning mindset in the organization, educates the managers on learning & capability building.
  • Ensure a high performance in learning and development, strengthen the capability of internal and external solution providers; Scout for line manager trainers – select the best managers who can deliver training programs.
  • Drive execution and utilization of self-paced learning solutions and help build a Learning Organization
  • Leverage synergies in learning and development across the business units.

Leads high performing team of Learning Partners

  • Hire, on board, and run regular performance and developmental reviews with the team members.
  • Ensure the High performance culture in the team delivering consistently best in Class results, strengthen the capability of the team constantly improving the critical skills and knowledge among team members.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and training delivery
  • 3+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing trainers or team members
  • Strong knowledge of current trends in learning, capability, and leadership development
  • Proven experience diagnosing leadership skill gaps and analyzing learning data to inform solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute learning programs at scale in high-volume environments
  • Effective resource management skills, including identifying, acquiring, and leveraging internal and external resources
  • Ability to connect and engage people through learning technologies and digital platforms
  • Cultural awareness with strong cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Experience with vendor management, along with strong project management skills
