We're expanding our team and are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development Manager to design and implement talent development programs across our vibrant OneSofMedica ecosystem. What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement impactful learning programs tailored to our diverse teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and drive development initiatives.
  • Use innovative instructional techniques and delivery methods to maximize learning effectiveness.
  • Measure the success of training programs and continuously improve them.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
