As an International Move Coordinator, you will play an essential role for the smooth execution of both domestic and international moves.

Immediate Requirements:

  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
  • Higher education in a relevant field is required.
  • Prior customer service experience in a logistics and transportation organization is ideal.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in economics, transport, commerce, law, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
  • Accuracy in data inputting and excellent customer focus.
  • Good computer proficiency, including Google Workspace, MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Expertise in international transport is essential for this role.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with efficient complex resolution skills.
  • Strong team orientation, leadership qualities, and quick decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced firm environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of international moves, managing multiple clients at all times.
  • Executing top-tier customer service while managing an inflow of calls and emails at all stages of client interaction, from quotes and requests to ongoing moves and post-move questions.
  • Daily lead and quote assessments.
  • Maintaining correspondence with various partners and foreign companies and including managing calendars and schedules.
  • Ensuring invoicing, invoice tracking and overseeing prompt payment.
