We are seeking a motivated Associate to support the financial and cost-accounting operations in the banking sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the team responsible for budgeting, service costing, financial reporting, asset management, and cost allocation across IT services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of cost accounting principles.

Tasks and Accountabilities

• Prepare and support the invoice management process, ensuring accurate billing, service correlation, and timely submissions to the Accounting Department.
• Conduct service cost estimations and assist in preparing financial offers for new services or clients, ensuring proper cost allocation.
• Review investment and expense requests, prepare recommendations for approval committees, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage and update the Contract and Data Registers to reflect changes in services, costs, and client information.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze IT investment and expense budgets, producing quarterly financial reports in cooperation with operational teams.
• Support the management of the Service Catalog, contributing to service design and the development of new offerings.
• Assist in operating the Tagetik costing system, including testing and validating new functional requirements.
• Manage intangible IT service assets, ensuring accurate documentation, secure storage, and alignment with financial and operational policies.
• Enter accounting data into the company's accounting management software.
• Execute cost-accounting processes according to the company's approved cost model.
• Record and update assets in the company's asset registry.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial formulas).
• Good understanding of Cost Accounting principles.
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MSc/MBA) in a relevant field.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or cost allocation.
• Familiarity with Tagetik or similar financial planning/costing systems.
• Previous experience in IT services, financial analysis, or business operations.
