Financial Services
Department has been established which combines expertise from all Assurance, Advisory and Tax Business Lines. This Department consists of dedicated and experienced executives who specialize in providing services to several dynamic organizations in the Financial Sector. Through a wide range of integrated services, we identify the needs of our clients and offer a genuine collaborative approach ensuring flexible solutions that can be applied immediately and effectively.

**The Role in Detail****

• Supporting the execution of a variety of financial advisory projects, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuations, debt and equity financing, and financial restructuring.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial models, business valuations, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Conducting financial analysis and industry research to provide insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities.
• Contributing to the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and information memorandums for clients and investors.
• Collaborating with senior team members in developing strategic recommendations and solutions tailored to clients' financial and operational needs.
• Engaging with clients, investors, banks, and other stakeholders to gather relevant financial and strategic information.
• Proactively seeking challenges and opportunities to build on your strengths, expand your skills, and learn from team members in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**What You'll bring:****

• 0-2 years' experience in in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields. Exposure to financial modelling or advisory projects will be considered an asset.
• Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor's degree from a top tier university in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Economics, or other related field with a strong quantitative focus.
• Master's degree or relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CFA) in any of the above-mentioned disciplines will be considered a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Greek GAAP will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work in a team and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions.
• Motivation for career progression and development.
• Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).
