The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to own the strategy, definition, and lifecycle management of our core product line. You will be the crucial link between market needs and commercial success, ensuring our products remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with our brand vision.

What You Will Contribute (Key Responsibilities)

  • Define the Strategy:
    Drive the strategy for the product lineup assigned by the group product manager, defining specifications and pricing by synthesizing market trends, customer needs, competitive analysis, and brand positioning.
  • Go-to-Market Execution:
    Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and action plans for new product launches, while also managing the complete product lifecycle.
  • Analyse product performance & market insights:
    Proactively drive portfolio performance and profitability, using data to identify and execute product actions that unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Data Management:
    Prepare and maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation, including price build-ups, pricelists, and product bulletins.
  • System Integrity:
    Manage and update product data within relevant IT systems that support the sales process, offers, and invoicing.
  • Communication:
    Ensure accurate and consistent product information across all dealer and customer touchpoints.

What Makes You a Great Fit (Qualifications)

Must-Haves

  • Experience:
    3-5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management or a related Strategic Marketing role. (Experience in the
    Automotive
    or a related mobility industry
    is a plus

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Analytical Rigor:
    Proven analytical skills, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Mindset:
    Strong business acumen and a pragmatic, customer-centric approach.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication skills with a strong teamwork spirit.
  • Execution:
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and drive projects to completion.
  • Language:
    Professional knowledge of English.
