Your mission is to translate vision into strategy, track and collect feedback from users, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure our product becomes an indispensable companion for professionals and teams worldwide.This is not a role for someone who only "manages tasks." We're looking for someone with a founder's mindset - sense of urgency, customer-obsessed, and ready to take full ownership of outcomes. What You'll OwnProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for wiserwork, aligning with company goals.Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.Translate high-level objectives into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.Execution & DeliveryOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and continuous prioritization.Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality releases, on time and within scope.Ensure user stories and requirements are detailed, actionable, and tied to customer needs.Balance short-term wins with long-term scalability and innovation.Customer & Market InsightAct as the voice of the customer, conducting interviews, testing, and analysis to identify needs and pain points.Monitor industry trends in AI, competition, SaaS, and productivity tools to ensure wiserwork stays ahead of the curve.Use data and analytics to measure product success and guide decision-making.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, delightful user experiences.Align Growth, CS, and Marketing with the product roadmap to ensure consistent storytelling and positioning.Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively across the company and to external stakeholders. What Success Looks LikeAdoption : wiserwork becomes a "must-have" tool for target users, reflected in usage and retention metrics. Some processes are still evolving. Qualifications3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager in SaaS/AI products, preferably B2B.Proven track record of shipping successful digital products at scale.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.Proficiency in prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication.Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to guide decisions.Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.Passion for GenAI and prompt engineering.
