Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD/BIM Designer based in Athens. The CAD/BIM Designer will be responsible for creating and revising technical drawings and 3D models using CAD and BIM software. The role involves working closely with design engineers and construction managers to develop construction drawings and design solutions. The candidate will need to ensure all designs meet industry standards and project specifications.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Production of E/M design drawings for building installations and coordination drawings as well

  • Developing of drawing lists in Word - Excel (Ms Office)

  • Preparation of hard copies for submission (printing, archiving, etc.)

  • Folder set-up and archiving of project drawings for digital submission

Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of AUTOCAD
  • Excellent knowledge of ADOBE ACROBAT
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of English language
  • Efficiency in MS OFFICE packages –excel, word
  • fulfilled military obligations

Knowledge of REVIT and recommendation letters will be taken into account.
