We're looking for a highly motivated
Operations Excellence Associate
to play a critical role in shaping the future of our operations. You'll be on the front lines, diagnosing inefficiencies, embedding best practices, and ensuring our operations are scalable, efficient, and best-in-class.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvemement.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure effectiveness and sustainability of process improvements.
• Participate in project managament activities, ensuring timely execution of projects and adherence to budget.
• Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and track progress on operational initiatives.
• Training and Development - Support training and development of personnel on process improvements, implementation of tools and operational best practices using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or Kaizen principles.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or strong academic record in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• A highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset. You enjoy solving puzzles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. You can clearly explain ideas and follow instructions well.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn about continuous improvement methodologies (like Lean or Kaizen).
