About The Role
We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to support business clients using cloud-based solutions. The role is fully
on-site in Athens
and involves handling B2B inquiries, assisting customers with cloud service usage, and supporting pre-sales and account-related processes.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, or IT customer support is required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to B2B clients via phone, email, and chat in English.
  • Assist with cloud platform navigation, product features, and service usage.
  • Identify customer needs and route qualified opportunities to internal teams.
  • Handle account-related topics such as billing, subscriptions, and access issues.
  • Escalate complex or technical requests to specialized departments.
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, or IT customer support.
  • Solid understanding of cloud environments and digital tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts (MondaySunday).
  • EU passport or valid Greek work authorization.
  • Availability to work on-site in Athens.
