Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν οργανωτικό και επικοινωνιακό
Sales Support Coordinator
για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα πωλήσεων και να συμβάλει στην ομαλή λειτουργία των καθημερινών διαδικασιών. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί συνεργασία με διάφορα τμήματα και ενεργή συμμετοχή στην υποστήριξη πελατών και εσωτερικών ομάδων.
Καθήκοντα
- Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών πελατών
- Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων με:
- Παροχή απαραίτητων εργαλείων πωλήσεων
- Δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων
- Διάθεση πληροφοριών για λήψη παραγγελιών και υπηρεσίες
- Ενημέρωση και διατήρηση δεδομένων πελατών στα συστήματα CRM
- Δημιουργία αναφορών πωλήσεων και στατιστικών
- Συντονισμός με το τμήμα αποθήκης και logistics για την έγκαιρη παράδοση προϊόντων
- Συνεργασία με το τμήμα web design του Back Office για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των εταιρικών ιστοσελίδων
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη ή παρόμοια θέση
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) και συστημάτων καταχώρισης πελατών
- Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με ομάδες
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών υπό πίεση
- Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
