Job Description

The shift is based on the given timetable: Shift (1) 6 pm - 1 am / Shift (2) 5 pm - 12 am.

Monday through Friday and Wednesday through Sunday, according to a monthly rotation.

 Role:

Under the supervision of the Head of Sales Hub, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Le

Collectionist holds a critical position within the Sales department. The SDR is responsible for generating sales

opportunities, qualifying prospects, managing leads, and responding to incoming contact requests.

 Main responsabilities:

Lead Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify potential prospects based on defined targeting criteria
  • Establish a consistent flow of qualified leads for the Sales Advisor and the Account Manager

Lead Management:

  • Proactively manage leads, converting them into sales opportunities
  • Educate prospects about Le Collectionist's products and services
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Advisor to ensure effective lead follow-up
  • Monitor payment and various administrative tasks

Response to Contact Requests:

  • Respond to incoming contact requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Gather relevant information and prospects to guide the conversation toward potential sales
Qualifications
  • Degree in business, marketing, hospitality, luxe or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Skill in building positive relationships with potential clients
  • Competitive and results-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
