Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrative & Graphic Design Assistant
to support our daily operations and contribute to the development of our visual and digital communication materials. The ideal candidate combines strong administrative capabilities with proven skills in graphic design and video content creation and is comfortable working in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations, scheduling, correspondence and internal communication
  • Maintain documentation, files and basic reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and support the management team
  • Handle organisational tasks to ensure smooth workflow

Graphic Design

  • Create digital and print materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Produce branded content, presentations, visuals, and marketing assets
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels

Video Production

  • Create, edit, and format video content for internal and external purposes
  • Edit short-form videos for social media and marketing use
  • Apply captions, transitions, overlays, and basic motion graphics when needed

Social Media Support

  • Prepare visual and video content for posting
  • Assist in managing social media calendars
  • Ensure visuals align with brand identity and communication guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must - French would be desired
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills and a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in social media content creation
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or design-related position
