Your main responsibility

  • Provide support and guidance to the rest of the control team members, and commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
  • Analyze and explain variances of actual vs budgeted F&B cost, and provide weekly F&B cost and revenue forecasts.
  • Review cost on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective action where required.
  • Prepare monthly F&B cost statistics, related reports, and KPIs.
  • Produce on-demand food & beverage control-related reports and recommendations.
  • Support target analysis, budgeting processes, and ongoing monitoring and reporting of cost and controls within the group.

Your main qualifications/skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, or relevant studies.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar or administrative position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems or Entersoft specifically is desirable.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
