We are currently seeking a qualified
E&I Supervisor
to support the construction phase of our client's Gold-Copper Mine Project in Greece. The candidate will become a part of the EPCM team, overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems across surface and underground facilities.

Candidates with
experience in underground E&I installations
will be viewed favorably, especially those who have worked on similar mining or heavy industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems across various project areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily work activities to meet project milestones.
• Monitor quality control and maintain accurate documentation of installations and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to E&I personnel and local workforce.
• Participate in risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work processes.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in E&I supervision, preferably in mining or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience with underground E&I systems is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with EPCM project environments and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, instrumentation, automation, and control systems.
• Fluent in English.
