Our Accounting Department is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated HR & Administrator Officer to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile professional to fill the role of HR & Administrator Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Human Resources and administrative functions. A background in accounting is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative processes, with opportunities to contribute to financial tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
•Support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
•Manage employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
•Coordinate the monthly payroll process in collaboration with our external partners.
•Administer employee benefits, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
Administration & Accounting
•Handle day-to-day office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
•Provide support for basic accounting and financial tasks as required.
•Contribute to HR and administrative projects, including reporting and budgeting.
•Collaborate closely with a supportive team that encourages new ideas and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
•A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
•At least two years of professional experience in an HR or Accounting department.
•A good understanding of HR best practices, payroll procedures, and labor law.
•Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
•A high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
•A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
