The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability. This role requires a data-driven professional with solid experience in the car rental industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive pricing models.

  • Design and manage dynamic pricing models that support business objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, fleet utilization, and demand patterns to identify pricing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of pricing tools, systems, and automation where applicable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy within the car rental or mobility industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
