Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive Web Operations Specialist to oversee and execute the company's digital platforms. This role combines marketing orientation with technical execution and is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our website, email newsletters, web applications, and other digital platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent, high-quality digital experience for our audience.

  • Website Ownership & Management
  • Web Applications & Tools
  • SEO
  • Integrations across marketing platforms (CRM, email system, various analytics tools, forms, trackers, and tags)
  • Google Analytics (GA4) & Data Reporting
  • Digital Governance & Optimization
  • Email Marketing
  • Propose & Manage New Tools

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website operations, or a similar cross-functional technical role
  • Strong experience managing WordPress sites
  • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and email builders (e.g. Infosen, Mailchimp, Brevo)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and SEO tools
  • Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Experience working with CRMs or marketing automation platforms
  • Basic experience with web hosting environments, staging workflows, or DNS setups
  • Background in education, publishing, or content-heavy service organizations
