Business Analyst – Cards Ecosystem (Banking)

Job Description


•Engage actively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and understand business requirements


•Document functional system designs with clarity for current implementation and future scalability


•Develop comprehensive use cases and test scenarios to validate system functionality and user experience


•Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to support innovation and process improvement


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions


• Support the implementation of enhancements across issuing, acquiring, and loyalty platforms

Candidate Profile


•4–7 years of experience in business analysis within the banking sector, with a strong focus on the cards ecosystem


•Proven experience in the following areas:

o Issuing – EMV cards, tokenization, and digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay,

Google Pay)

o Acquiring – ATM and POS transaction systems

o Loyalty platforms – integration and process management

o VISA/Mastercard – authorization, clearing, and settlement processes


•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


•Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


•Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements in the card payments domain


•Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
