To strengthen our Recovery Unit, we are looking for a
Business & Data Analyst
who will take end-to-end ownership of our data and business systems, ensuring their accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement.

Your Role

As a
Business & Data Analyst
, you will be responsible for monitoring the recovery performance and ensuring the smooth operation of APS business systems. You will manage the entire data flow lifecycle — from upload and validation to reporting and analysis — supporting business growth through reliable insights.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as
    first-level support
    for APS Recovery Greece's business systems
  • Ensuring systems remain aligned with
    business development and internal client needs
  • Auditing system usage
    and driving improvements in user experience
  • Designing and maintaining
    reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
    for internal and external stakeholders
  • Automating and optimizing
    recurring analyses and data processes
  • Identifying new KPIs and opportunities to enhance
    recovery performance
  • Being responsible for
    data migration, portfolio onboarding
    and
    offboarding
  • Managing
    system configuration, user access
    , and data updates
  • Running
    data consistency checks, debugging analyses, and system testing
  • Preparing
    ad-hoc performance reports
    and in-depth analyses focusing on key deviations and trends
  • Acting as a
    consultant
    in business meetings, supporting decisions with data-driven insights

What You Bring

  • University degree
    in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience
    in business analysis, system administration, or data management
  • Strong command of
    English
    (both written and spoken)
  • Solid SQL knowledge
    ; PL/SQL experience is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel
    skills, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in
    process mapping
    and working with reporting tools (experience with
    Capone
    is a plus)
  • Strong
    problem-solving
    mindset and analytical thinking
  • Excellent
    communication
    and
    stakeholder management
    skills
  • Ability to
    work on multiple projects
    and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a
    proactive, customer-focused attitude
